I have an iPhone SE with the iOS 17.1.2 version operating system. My HourBill application was opening and working just fine until perhaps the last 3 weeks or less. I hadn't had occasion to use it in about 2 months, and then, yesterday, I attempted to open it. When I tap the app icon on my iPhone desktop, it sort of flashes as though the app will open & then the screen returns to the desktop. So the app no longer opens.
