For some reason, the numbers 1 and 0 are grayed out. That’s a problem if you want to deposit a check for $1000. This did not happen in the past.

I was trying to log in and honestly the most complicated log in ever. I’ll stick to going in the browser every month.

The settings need to be upgraded where one can change the phone number they have provided.

How do I get English language? Where do I find the 8 digit log on number? It is difficult to set up log-in information

It is always freezing and shutting down on me. Impossible to get anything done

The new update is very confusing, i have a new phone and can not log into my Santander banking app so i have to access my old phone if i want to view my account it’s becoming a hassle the update asks for a specific number without telling you how to obtain it instead of asking for your user name and Password.

After iOS 9.3.4 update crashes every time I try to launch Erste . Update it please.

Erste is not working correctly. Won’t log in, won’t accept checks and throws me ok. Oh and the nickname to write a review is ridiculous.
