How to fix AMap Global app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AMap Global app on iPhone
Update AMap Global app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AMap Global iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AMap Global on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AMap Global network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AMap Global Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AMap Global not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AMap Global App
1. On android, goto Settings » AMap Global » click [Force Stop]

Update AMap Global to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AMap Global App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AMap Global » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AMap Global.

Fix AMap Global unable to contact server/ AMap Global internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AMap Global » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AMap Global » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
