• App headers end up off the top of the screen every time you scroll to a new email and you have to scroll back up to mark emails as favorites.

• Ads that appear as email messages.

• Slow response to customer service messages.

• Reply from ‘sent folder’ sends an email back to myself.

• When creating an email and putting it in drafts, it always says “invalid email address” when trying to send.

• Can’t “search all” for a key word.

To resolve mail.com network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the mail.com App
1. On android, goto Settings » mail.com » click [Force Stop]

Clear mail.com App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » mail.com » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart mail.com.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click mail.com » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto mail.com » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch mail.com
