My app was hacked, and all my pictures were stolen and sold on the Internet. Honestly, I had use this app with no issues prior and would be more than happy to use it again, but not feel like I have been violated. as a mother of three kids it was difficult for me to see my daughter on someone’s website that had no permission to use her photo because it was stolen for me. I was in tears and did not even want to look at my other two kids.
It's not saving my photos. I've cleared cache, restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
It says I have to verify something. And now there are no free filters all of them are now on pro
The PRO version is not working although I purchased it for one year. When I try to access its features, it tells me I have to be pro and when I click on purchase, it shows I am already a pro member.
I can't use video editing in this app I can only edit photos even if I have a subscription I can't enjoy video editing I can only enjoy photo editing how can I do

I am trying to use Faceapp for videos. The video option is not showing on my iphone 13. I do not ahve a live video option - just a photo option available. What can I do to make faceapp work with video?

Hello, there are some photos that when I upload in faceapp the app crush and closes without any explanation. and there some other photos when face it"s really clear and she says no face can be found. Can you please help me with this. ( i have done all the update)
