My iphone doesn’t support iOS 13.. how do I get back to the old version app

I am never receiving OTP for login and I couldn’t use SC

Though User interface looks great the menu button and the back button on top left corner is hard to touch and access it as it overlaps on the clock time in the header. Once we get into a different screen from home page SC becomes useless as I cannot go back to home screen or can’t switch to another screen.

I am using SC on iPhone XR.

This is one of the worst feature that is implemented for rhis app. Opening SC to do some transaction and every time, i need to wait for otp to get in my mobile and then enter it and then proceed with the login. Honestly, this is very irritating every time and worst feature implemented. I hate the architect who approved this design.

You are screwed if you need to do any banking while abroad. Unless of course you pay for roaming and are not in a place with no cell service. SMS can’t be sent via wifi. They used to allow OTP by registered email but they canceled this route, thus making online banking via app impossible when abroad.

Why in the world do you need me to enter an otp to access SC ? How do people use SC when there is little network coverage or if they are travelling?
This is the dumbest move ever!? Do you guys even see how other banking apps work?

this app customer service is very worst and never treat you as a customer. You never get prompt response back and no procedure and lack the process in providing solution.

SC crashes frequently, can’t login to SC , no luck after multiple reinstalls / resets. Not optimized for newer devices at all! Best way to access services is through Safari.

It’s really a very useless app for iphone X customers, there is no face id recognition on SC and the login doesn’t work well.
Better to work on the website.

Ad comes up and asks for a OTP every single time you try to login

Under payments>pay utility bills i am not able to pick a future date to schedule bill payment. Waited for an app update, uninstalled and downloaded the new app again but the problem persists.

Apart from this overall SC is great and user friendly.

Face Id login isn’t working in Iphonexs

Hi, user cannot access app header in iphone XR. Pls fix the same asap.

Can you please release an update for iPhoneX screen size? SC still doesn’t come full screen and face ID

Amount field and OTP field is not easy to type. It takes several clicks to let cursor show and type in the field. It is very hard to type.

Works pretty well. I use to check My credit card transactions not sure how banking thing works.

Glad that my replacement Credit Card has been received in just two days. Also, I could set the card pin and usage limits on this app Mob App. Whole process was hassle free!! Excellent 😀😀😀!!

SC is so Cool, it does what it is suppose to do. 100% of the times I normally use SC over Internet sign on.

I would recommend others to use SC.
