None of my friends/“guardians” have been able to use my invite link, even though I have premium. They’ve downloaded the app, but my invite link just opens the app and doesn’t do anything else. How can this issue be fixed? Also is there a way to contact shrimper service or an FAQ that doesn’t take have an error code like in the app? Thanks

How to fix bSafe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the bSafe app on iPhone
Update bSafe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall bSafe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix bSafe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve bSafe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

bSafe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix bSafe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the bSafe App
1. On android, goto Settings » bSafe » click [Force Stop]

Update bSafe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear bSafe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » bSafe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart bSafe.

Fix bSafe unable to contact server/ bSafe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click bSafe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto bSafe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch bSafe
