App downloaded but screen flashes when try to open

My workouts are not synching between my iPad and iPhone. Everything else is working perfectly.
Walkfit worked fine yesterday but today countdown staying at 0 and workout doesn't progress.
My app worked fine yesterday but today the workout will open and I can see the video and hear the music -- but it will not advance from one exercise to the next, and the timer remains at 00:00.

Hi. My walkfit is suddenly saying I have over 14 thousand steps but my fitbit is saying it's just over 1 thousand. My fitbit is correct but why is my walk fit so wildly off? It wasn't on my wrist when it wracked up the steps
The workout timer is not working, will not count or proceed to next exercise within days exercise?
My screen is blank so I can not see what the actual exercises are!
