I purchased this after reading reviews thinking it would be a good app to have on her phone. I did research, read reviews and endorsements and they were favorable to bSafe. However, her location has “been lost for 32 DAYS!” DAYS!!!!!!!! What good is an app that is supposed to help you know your loved one’s location and she’s been lost for over a month. I paid the premium price hoping we could avoid issues that tend to come with “free versions.” I’m so incredibly disappointed and now need to research and find an app that works.

Tried to access the premium features by subscribing but bSafe kept asking me to subscribe again and even then for more money, a separate fee for 24 hours in addition to the subscription to unlock the features that I had already unlocked. What?
In the end I was not actually able to access the premium features even though I did subscribe. It just failed.
If bSafe wont work properly under normal conditions I certainly would not trust it in a stressful environment.
Delete app.

Sorry. I do not like this application. None of the functions seem be as great as advertised. The largest drawback was the subscription charge. Many you guys are crossing over to subscription charge rather a OTC. There is NO product, not even yours product worth a subscription. I suspect many of people are dropping.
Application owners are loosing customers . I cancelled my subscription but having issues uninstalling and UN-registering. it is basically a spy (camera and microphone) and I have no idea if the camera and microphone continues when you are no longer tracking for the evening. The price is also suspect, after all nothing is free.

I also removed this app from my wife’s phone and canceled her subscription charge. Why you did not start with a monthly subscription as default I have no clue.. Setting an annual as types default is just bad forum .

After reading what the developers had to say I believe application was not ready for released . Reasonably stable but feel the QA department dropped the ball.

You fully knew that if I changed our mind on an annually charge we cannot get our money back. Because of this, this makes you a thief.

My son was overseas and tagged me on bSafe. It said there was a seven day free trial which I tried it but decided I didn’t need it and when I looked to find out how to cancel it it said all you had to do was delete bSafe off of your phone before the seven days were up which I did more than 24 hours before it was to charge my card but it did it anyway. How do I get a refund???

I'm 14 years old and I want to find a good app that I can use with my best friend so that we are both safe. I don't have a job therefore I don't have a lot of money I don't want to waste the tiny bit of money I do have on bSafe just to use something that should be free! I understand that they need money to continue working but I find it ridiculous that we should pay to use the SOS button or something else so valuable in a crisis

bSafe is inconsistent at best. It worked well the first few times, though like someone else said I don't want my phone sounding the alarm- that needs to happen on the phone of the person I have asked to help me. After the first few trials however bSafe decided I had called for help when I hadn't, and there was nothing I could do to convince it otherwise. This means the "call for help" button was unavailable, making bSafe useless. It then logged me out, and required me to put in my info again. If it had been a real emergency, and not just a test, it would have been *far* too late for me to get help.

Your Help says “all features are free”. However, just received a text message saying my this app free trial expired and I can pay $7.99/yr with some features listed. So, which is it? If there is a Free and Paid version could you list the features that are only available in the paid version? Thank you.

bSafe performs as described and can give you great peace of mind when keeping an eye on loved ones. The biggest downside is that it is a big battery drain on your phone. I don’t recommend using it if you are out and about with no access to a charge.

I'm honestly just leaving this review because I love bSafe , even though I haven't used it in a while. I also think it's funny that people are downloading a SAFETY app with audio/video recording and a feature to set your Guardians, who are supposed to be people bSafe contacts in the event you can't access your phone in time to notify them you're okay. Don't get an app that does that if you don't want to use those features??? It seems pointless to me. If you're just wanting the location services, use the ones on your phone I guess. Don't leave a bad or lowered review because you don't wanna use the functions it has and then not report any bugs or issues bSafe is having for them to fix. Seems pointless and petty to do that, to me. Anyway, I love bSafe and even though it's been so long I can only imagine it's gotten better since the last time I used it. Thank you to the this app team for doing what you can to keep the world a safer place!!

I feel so SAFE now!! Easy to use app and the ring looks great too if you have one. Only the user needs bSafe and to create an account, which is free to do. You can pay for an all alerts (police, fire, ems) if you want too, but it's not required. Love this ring and love bSafe

This is a great app for students and everyone in general. It has directions for just about any situation you may find yourself in and even a way to get home safely if you are walking alone.

Great improvements to bSafe ! The tracking and check in feature are so nice for Mom's to know where their kids are and that they have safely arrived at their destination. And the one touch SOS button makes for and easy and fast way to get help when you need it.
