How to fix ASOS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ASOS app on iPhone
Update ASOS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ASOS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ASOS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ASOS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ASOS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ASOS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ASOS App
1. On android, goto Settings » ASOS » click [Force Stop]

Update ASOS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ASOS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ASOS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ASOS.

Fix ASOS unable to contact server/ ASOS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ASOS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ASOS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
