I have a galaxy s9+. The app used to work fine, but now it says it is no longer compatible with my device. I can still login on my browser, but I liked the app

Edward Jones app says no longer compatible with my device. Won't load. Tried uninstalling & now can't find app on Google play store & when I got a link now cannot install bc it says no longer compatible. You developers need to send out notices & allow folks to upgrade or transition. I have a Galaxy S9+.
Edward Jones app said it was not compatible with my phone. The old app worked just fine but won't open up anymore. I have an Android and need the app. What do you have that replaced it? My phone is a galaxy 8s
I have an android device and have been using the app without issue although i keep getting message my app is out of date. I removed the app and went to playstore to download again and now cannot locate an app on playstore.
Cannot log in to my account. I put in password and used name, and it says it sends the 6 digit code to input but it never arrives. Tried to change it to send to my e mail, but it never arrived also.
Edward Jones reports my android device (Moto Z4) is not compatible with the app. The Edward Jones app was working without issues last month.
Transfer not happening
I have the E Jones app set up to open using face recognition on my iPad . It worked all the time up until about 3 months ago when it started asking for my password, and I have to set up face recognition again. Now it only recognizes the face recognition to open for a day or so. What is going on with this? I keep having to set it up over and over.
App says my device is not compatible. It was 1 month ago. What's the problem?
I got an email saying I had documents to see,,but I cannot get into site,,tried mobile app and online app,,,nothing after logging in????
