Edward Jones app says no longer compatible with my device. Won't load. Tried uninstalling & now can't find app on Google play store & when I got a link now cannot install bc it says no longer compatible. You developers need to send out notices & allow folks to upgrade or transition. I have a Galaxy S9+.

I have an android device and have been using the app without issue although i keep getting message my app is out of date. I removed the app and went to playstore to download again and now cannot locate an app on playstore.
Cannot log in to my account. I put in password and used name, and it says it sends the 6 digit code to input but it never arrives. Tried to change it to send to my e mail, but it never arrived also.

Transfer not happening
I have the E Jones app set up to open using face recognition on my iPad . It worked all the time up until about 3 months ago when it started asking for my password, and I have to set up face recognition again. Now it only recognizes the face recognition to open for a day or so. What is going on with this? I keep having to set it up over and over.
