- The app is not useful in the USA.

- The app requires users to upgrade their status after the first payment, but the instructions are unclear.

- The app is useless in some areas, such as Utah, where stores do not sell paysafecards.

- There is no option to add funds to the app from Apple Pay.

To resolve PaysafeCard network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the PaysafeCard App
1. On android, goto Settings » PaysafeCard » click [Force Stop]

Clear PaysafeCard App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PaysafeCard » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PaysafeCard.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PaysafeCard » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PaysafeCard » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PaysafeCard
