After Apple went iOS11 EXTENSIONS is no longer in Alpha numerical order!!! Called Vonage Aeveral Times, THEY DO NOT CARE!
80% of calls to Cebu Philippines are not making it through; I pay $29 for 3000 minutes in Globe and network Quality is extremely degraded in las 6-months (way too-many Filipino Subscribers).
Calls to SUN NETWORKS (the network of the poor) are billed from time that STARTS RINGING (Against USA LAW) calls must be completed (answered) BEFORE it can be billed; CALLS TO CEBU SUN NETWORKS ARE IMPOSSIBLE they never get connected; you get 3-calls billed per minute because VONAGE charge start as soon as you are ringing (not connected) Have to call Vonage CS several times because OVER-BILLING!!! Several calls for low (terrible) quality.
THEY FLAT OUT REFUSE TO UPDATE EXTENSIONS APP since iOS11, everyone else did but VONAGE REFUSES. I would given them ZERO STARS IF I COULD. T

I’ve had Vonage for almost 20 years and it’s always been ok until a few weeks ago. Now, if there is an incoming call and we answer it on the home phone, after a couple of minutes it starts ringing on my cell phone, doesn’t matter if we are already speaking on the call on the home phone or even have finished the call and hung up. It just rings and rings on the cell phone for an hour or more unless you answer it again on the cell phone and then cancel it. Real pain if the cell phone is in the truck and not with you like mine is most of the time. Drains the battery. Vonage said to uninstall and reinstall the app then hard reset the Vonage box but that made no difference and today I can’t even contact them due to something about a one sign error whatever that is. May be looking for a new voip carrier.

I use the extensions app on iPhone X with iOS 11.4 (latest app version and iOS version). When I open the app for the first time, it works very well. After completing the call, when I hit the home button and go to something else such as email or safari or another app and then come back to Vonage app again, the app becomes non responsive to touch and is basically frozen. I have to kill the app and then relaunch it to get it to work again. Happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Happens on two of my phones and I recently changed my mobile device and it’s still happening. So it is clearly an issue with the app not working well with iPhone X or iOS. Please fix it. It is annoying to have to kill the app after each use to reuse it again.
Also - Occasionally previously I had an issue where when I call from my contacts or recents from the app, I hear a ringing tone and then Vonage would ask me to enter the PIN number and then dial the number that I wanna call again. Doesn’t seem to be happening lately. So I guess that is fixed.
Please fix these issues especially the crashes/freezes asap. It is annoying.
