Started watching and after 2:30 it stopped and shows the loading icon. Never continues to play. Tried restarting Иви , nothing works.

It glitches and freezes every 5 minutes!!! No one Device at my home my internet is 700mb per sec IVi server is very weak and slow! I have tried a lot of times and restart and refresh and tv and app and it’s not working! Ivi First before taking money from people pay for better streaming so it won’t glitch and freeze it makes discomfort watching and inconvenient I have told and my friends last year and you guys don’t do nothing because it’s not improving! I no longer want to pay until I will know it won’t freeze in USA

i have a subscription through my email. not able to login on my ipad, it says login successful but still it does not log in. :( verry disappointed..

Wanted to watch the movie about Garegin Njdeh but they removed it because terrorist country azerbaijan paid them.

Some titles are impossible to watch due to constant glitching and freezing.. limited content.

We subscribe only for cartoons in Russian language. However there is no devision to adult and kids content. So every time we turn it on for my four year old she sees inappropriate content, film covers with horror scenes and sexual scenes.
Please separate the top, the same way Netflix does it!

Works well overall. Except that when I try to download movies to watch offline, Иви shows me I only have 8gb available on my iPad when I have $35+ gigs of free space.

Another issue, when I open Иви to watch my downloaded movies offline, Иви logs out. I need to wait for an internet connection to login and be able to watch downloaded movies. Unfortunately, NYC subway doesn’t have internet connection everywhere. So annoying

Please fix these issues. Thanks
