START is ok and the movies are ok too. Too many short films that I don’t find interesting to watch. If you need something, don’t waste time with customer service. They are useless. I am moving to another provider because I can’t seem to get help from them.

This service is located in Russia, a nation committing war crimes daily, and shouldn’t even be available on IOS or IPADOS. Apple needs to get with the program here.

When I originally signed up, this app registered a wrong email address. Now, I’m not able to cancel my subscription. The support is not helpful, and I get charged every month even though I don’t use the service.

START is not worth getting. Being paying every month for it. I started out with A different phone and had to get another phone but now I can’t watch anything anymore. I logged into the account that didn’t help. It’s not easy to stop the payment method as well. Still have to figure that out. They screw you over.

We have a very good internet at home. All our other apps are "flying". This one always buffering. 20 minute show end up being like an hour with all that buffering problem.
New shows are NOT available in the US.
What am I really paying for?

START design is great , but None of the new titles are available in START outside of Russia. This is ridiculous. They keep sending me notifications about new releases and then I get “not available in your region” message. So what am I paying for?

App is good but little bit pricey. Subtitles are not working.

I am happy to find START which works like Netflix for Russian films. I am looking forward to seeing new releases in good quality picture.

Was very good service at the beginning. Now all new titles available only from within russia. They do not hesitate to keep charging though. Social media announces do not say a word about restrictions. Do not subscribe - it’s total junk now.

It’s an amazing galaxy to watch all new/ old movies in high quality, with no adv!

Where did the English version go? Please bring it back as that was an awesome feature. I understand Russian and speak fluently but unfortunately don’t read or write. Thanks for a great entertainment app.

I’m using START for almost a year and love everything about it. The only thing I would add is an ability to see watched episodes. Sometimes I spend few mins to find out what episodes I haven’t watched.

I use this application to help me learn the Russian language. They’ve got great shows, an easy to use interface and when you download to watch for later there’s no problems trying to find it. I hope they will continue to put English subtitles for their shows as well! Some of the newer ones are not subtitled and I wish I could watch them. But overall amazing application, great shows and easy to use.
