Great mobile access!

I love having the WORKetc app. It allows me to get the info I need at my finger tips. I love the smart lists because even though it’s not the full site I can still get the items i need for my everyday tasks. Although there is more to the website, I think WORKetcCRMProjects is a great “short cut” feature to allow you to access some of the items when you’re not near your computer. Very user friendly and easy to train others on.

Great for 'on-the-go' tasks

WorkEtc gives me the phone number of every suspect, prospect, customer and vendor in my phone. Very intuitive access to support tickets, Projects, company and individual contacts, notes, knowledge base and more.

I prefer working on a large screen, whether a laptop or desktop, but having access to pop to the minute information while I'm on the road is awesome.

There is no premium for mobile access.

Much better than before but I still want more

It is much better than the previous solution but I still want more. The good is the UI and the ability to access almost all my data from my tablet or phone.

I was able to set up all my leads from an expo we did right on the phone with the reminders I needed and basic information on clients.

I can quickly add a todo or a timesheet. Update a discussion and more on the fly.

Very handy and quick for those kinds of things!

Why do I want more? There are still some limitations to the functionality when I want to see what my staff is doing. I can work well with my own todos, support cases, projects, and discussions but trying to check in on my staff is very cumbersome, if allowed at all.

Also, it isn’t easy to do a quick search for my clients and look into what they have open. For example, I was working with one client and knew another was nearby. I thought I would just drop by and do a nice hello visit. It was very cumbersome to look up the client’s address and see what things were happening on their projects, support cases, etc. So much so I just switched to my Google Apps contact info for the address and then searched my emails to see if there were any notices there on stuff going on with the client.

Love the direction and the progress! But I want more - keep moving forward with it so I have a fully functional app on the go.

Love My CRM and This App for it

My old CRM didn’t sync with anything and sat in my desktop. I know I know so early 2000’s. So when I jump into WORKetc I was like yippee! It’s easy to use and does almost everything I need it to do. WORKetcCRMProjects is great for checking contacts and looking at project status.

The Work[etc] for the iPhone is great for mobile use. I don't expect to use WORKetcCRMProjects if I have access to a computer, however if I need a quick update and am out shopping for groceries, WORKetcCRMProjects works wonderful! After the install, a quick 5 minute session was all it took for me to familiarize myself with their icon association and color coding. With more emphasis on the help desk side of things, WORKetcCRMProjects provides quick reference and quick response reinforces the mobile app nature. The one thing I would add is push notifications. I searched around abit for something like this and couldn't find this feature. It would be nice to have a push notification if an urgent support case was submitted. This is easily possible with Work[etc] through email, however I didn't see it with WORKetcCRMProjects . Keep up the good work, thanks!

Easy to use. Clean and modern feel.

I've used worketc on the web for well over a year and really like it. WORKetcCRMProjects looks and feels differently than the website; I wish the website resembled WORKetcCRMProjects as it has a cleaner and easier to navigate feel. WORKetcCRMProjects gives you access to some of the most commonly used features. I really like the support cases is so easy to access. Even easier than online. Timesheets are so easy to do!

Some things that I would love to have is access to the invoice tab. Being able to generate and see an invoice is important to our employees so they customer can pay on the spot. There's no access to see any reporting.

Overall I like it, and use it regularly when out and about; but I still use the web as the place to do mostly everything.

Useful App when you are on the go

I'm using WorkETC App in an iPhone so obviously the experience is limited when you compare to the web based version.

WORKetcCRMProjects is quite useful when you are on the go and in a pinch, you want to check somebody address or phone quickly so I would see it as rolodex on steroids. The project feature although well resolved, can get too confusing to be your only "on the go" solution. So when you are visiting somebody is really good to have it at hand in your smartphone but for "sales on the go" I'd still keep my laptop (or maybe a tablet)

Wow - In a Small Package

What a delight….an integrated product that actually works as expected. Its always difficult to take an application that is bubbling over with information and try to cram it into a very small space..and I laugh as I look at my iPhone 6s Plus..and the iPad Pro next to it. The functionality is BETTER THAN the new Salesforce Lightening….there are two things that would be on our with list…..a mobile ADMINISTRATOR APP would save myself and our other admins from having to carry a laptop at all times. We were VERY impressed that WORKetcCRMProjects was available through the Apple Volume Purchase Program for managed distribution of managed apps. We are going to be very interested to see how it deploys under the Apple, Google and Okta MDM solutions

Work[etc] - Exactly what I needed

I have been using the Work[etc] web app for quite a while now and love it. It has helped us consolidate many other applications into one system and this mobile app is icing on the cake. Now I can easily get account information and track support tickets right form my phone. By far the most useful feature for me is a selfish one but I can now add expenses and attach photos of receipts at the time of purchase. This very handy for me and I now never miss expensing a purchase and can get my reports in on-time since I’m not doing them retroactively. Great job once again and thanks for the continued improvements.

Great App- perfect for remote workers

We started using Work Etc about a year ago and the original version of WORKetcCRMProjects wasn't great. They quickly redeemed themselves with the better app! It loads quickly and is a great tool for our remote directors to stay connected to their accounts and in-step with our customer service. The contact functionality is nice for mobile users as you can quickly access phone and email to reach out. All in all it's a great App and we even use this during trade shows to manage contacts and new business leads.

Very disappointing...

The CRM aspects if WORKetcCRMProjects are so minimal and kludgy in their functionality it's barely more than a beta test product. I can't see how or why I would use WORKetcCRMProjects (I need to see all of my fields, including custom fields, I need to see lead data, I need to see data in one click and not in only an edit mode, etc.).

I didn't even try out the other features in WORKetcCRMProjects (such as projects or calendar) because the CRM function was so lacking.

I much prefer how Podio does their app...if not for their lack of bi-lateral calendar syncing with my google apps customer I think their app would have sold me on their product over WorkETC. As it is, it looks like I will be a WorkETC customer but not happy nor using their iPhone app much.

Best investment to date

Our company has been using WorkETC now for about 3 years and it has saved us in time, labor, and integration costs. The new iOS application allows us to manage our support cases when we are out and complete billing all from the mobile device. The only improvement that needs to be made that I have found is the application is only for employees and is not a customer portal application. Adding customer functionality would be a great option.

Good for "on the go"

This is a great improvement to the last one. I had the chance to beta this as well. I find it is quite stable now and very responsive. The mobile app is great for on the go quick updates of Support cases, projects and especially tasks. I would like to see an iPad version - but this installs on the iPad and is quite user friendly (more so than the browser version on the iPad. I look forward to further updates in the future.

On the go CRM and Ticketing System

It's hard to keep up with everything that needs to be done in the day! I love the work etc phone app! Client call while I am out? No problem! I have everything I need right at my fingertips! From billing to time sheets to the ability to contact my team at any time with questions and a streamlined ticking system this iPhone app does it all so I can work right from my phone no matter where I am!

Had been using beta versions of WORKetcCRMProjects for months and am glad I can finally share it with my entire team. WORKetcCRMProjects puts nearly all of the power of WORKetc in my pocket and at my finger tips. WORKetcCRMProjects will be a valuable gift to our consultants who are widely dispersed geographically and often working in the field at client locations. WORKetcCRMProjects is so full of functionality that it will take a while for us to learn how to make full use of it.

The new version is great!

I was able to beta test through the beta app and knew the WorkETC team cared about delivering a great app! They diligently corrected bugs to make sure their app continues the success of their great business tool. The new app version allows for nearly all the features from the browser version to be used. New design and easy access to management and editing what you need to on mobile. Great company and product!

Good on the go companion to web version

Overall this is a handy on the go companion to the web version of Worketc. I do like the time sheet timer but it needs to show actual time being logged not total duration even though it seems to capture the logged time. Also enabling login via finger ID would be nice as I'm logging in frequently.
Accessing a specific item is easy but I don't think I could effectively use just WORKetcCRMProjects .

Huge Improvements

Waaaaay better than the previous app and the UI is much easier to navigate. Simply put, I finally use the mobile app because of this version.

Still hoping that a timer function for work will be added and Signatures on support responses are omitted… All in all a great mobile option for accessing Worketc on-the-go.

I'm a bit disappointed with WORKetcCRMProjects, frankly. I use WORKetc primarily for the CRM, in which case I heavily rely on leads. In WORKetcCRMProjects the only way for me to find a lead is through the calendar and then when I click the activity stream I get skunked. It would be great to have a button to leads on the home page. Furthermore, the next most important function for me is quoting, which is absent from WORKetcCRMProjects, as is invoicing. Other than being able to see my contacts list and todos, WORKetcCRMProjects is worthless.
