I’m having so many problems with SocialLadder and I haven’t had it for a week yet. I’m doing everything I can to try and make it work, thinking it is my phone that is the problem. Through endless amounts of research, deleting and re installing SocialLadder , and shutting off my phone. I think that SocialLadder is well organized and has great potential and without all the bugs, I truly enjoy it. The issues I’m having is when sometimes I will open SocialLadder it will say “oops” and all i can do is click “OK” at the bottom and whenever I try and go to the other things ex: rewards, points, challenges. It shows me memes and I can’t do anything but exit SocialLadder . Another issue is that when I delete SocialLadder and try and log back into my account everything won’t load and I’m sitting staring at my phone for, no joke 10 minutes thinking it’ll finally load, and to no surprise it doesn’t… SocialLadder needs serious help.

SocialLadder took all my information for al the apps I use then crashed every time I tried to login or use SocialLadder . I tried deleting and then downloading again to get back in multiple times. I tried to login on the web and that resulted in not being able to login. Now I can’t delete my info and this company has it all stored. I tried to contact their customer service and wasn’t able to reach anything other than a bot. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am a bubble ambassador and I was kicked off my account (I’m on Apple) and no matter what I do it won’t let me back on. The customer support is so poor they won’t help fix the problem. I can log in on my husbands Samsung but my Apple a refuses to let me in and I’m missing ALL of my challenges. PLEASE FIX THIS!

I like being part of a program that does this, but SocialLadder is very clunky and annoying to use. Gives a notification that someone likes or commented on my feed, but doesn’t allow me to click on it to go directly there. If you want to comment on someone’s feed, the text box isn’t big enough and you can’t move around in it so you can’t proofread and edit. You can’t edit the answers to the questions you respond to when you first set it up. Basically you can’t do anything easily except look at the feed and complete the challenges.

I have $80 of rewards that have yet to be sent to me. I was working an internship over the semester and redeemed my rewards somewhere in late November or early December. I was told that I should receive my reward emails between December 8-13th. It’s now January 2nd and I have yet to receive any information. The customer support system seems to leave a LOT to desire.

Too many bugs, my app crashes almost everyday multiple times a day when working in SocialLadder .

Honestly I never write reviews but I need to because it’s getting really annoying and needs an update to fix all the glitches SocialLadder has. It never loads and it’s so frustrating when completing stuff as an ambassador. Fix it!!!

Sometimes challenges straight up don’t work and it’s annoying. Love the concept of SocialLadder and the events and brands I work with. But I wish SocialLadder was more consistently functional

I really love SocialLadder to connect with the brands I partner with and to see collaborations and campaigns. However, recently the social ladder notifications have gotten a bit of hand and excessive. There have been several times I have woken out of my sleep because they have sent notifications out at 12 AM, or even later. This would be fine if it was during the day but it does happen a lot. Other than that, SocialLadder is easy to use, has a great layout, and gets the job done for connecting me to the brands I partner with.

It's a matter of browsing here and getting to know, for now I like the speed with which work is done here

The new update makes SocialLadder so easy to use! I love being able to earn rewards for my favorite festivals and events.

Every time I try and attach a photo to show proof of completing a challenge it doesn’t upload. So basically I’m doing these challenges for nothing..?? please help me so I can continue to participate as an ambassador for iii Points fest!

Pretty fun app if you want to earn neat rewards like concert tickets and festival passes. You have the opportunity to be an ambassador for some awesome festivals/venues, as well as brands. I’ve been able to attend great concerts and festivals because of SocialLadder . App is easy to use, compared to other BA programs I’ve been apart of.
