Hi, I just wanted to follow up on the issue I emailed about a few days ago. I still haven’t received a reply, and I really need help with the SocialLadder app. When I try to log in, the app is asking me for a code, but I didn’t receive any code in the email. I’ve checked everywhere (including spam), and it’s just not there. Could you please help me with this issue or let me know what to do next? Thank you so much for your time! Mariami Kobakhidze
This app needs serious improvement

I’m having so many problems with this app and I haven’t had it for a week yet. I’m doing everything I can to try and make it work, thinking it is my phone that is the problem. Through endless amounts of research, deleting and re installing the app, and shutting off my phone. I think that this app is well organized and has great potential and without all the bugs, I truly enjoy it. The issues I’m having is when sometimes I will open the app it will say “oops” and all i can do is click “OK” at the bottom and whenever I try and go to the other things ex: rewards, points, challenges. It shows me memes and I can’t do anything but exit the app. Another issue is that when I delete the app and try and log back into my account everything won’t load and I’m sitting staring at my phone for, no joke 10 minutes thinking it’ll finally load, and to no surprise it doesn’t… this app needs serious help.
Took all my info then crashed each time I log in

This app took all my information for al the apps I use then crashed every time I tried to login or use the app. I tried deleting and then downloading again to get back in multiple times. I tried to login on the web and that resulted in not being able to login. Now I can’t delete my info and this company has it all stored. I tried to contact their customer service and wasn’t able to reach anything other than a bot. 🤷🏻♀️
Not very robust

I like being part of a program that does this, but the app is very clunky and annoying to use. Gives a notification that someone likes or commented on my feed, but doesn’t allow me to click on it to go directly there. If you want to comment on someone’s feed, the text box isn’t big enough and you can’t move around in it so you can’t proofread and edit. You can’t edit the answers to the questions you respond to when you first set it up. Basically you can’t do anything easily except look at the feed and complete the challenges.
