Tuner shows continuous pitch with scrolling white zig zag lines when there is no pitch. It just started doing this when I turned it on. I have restarted iPhone and reloaded software, but it doesn’t work.

How to fix Tuner T1 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tuner T1 app on iPhone
Update Tuner T1 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tuner T1 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tuner T1 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tuner T1 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tuner T1 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tuner T1 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tuner T1 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tuner T1 » click [Force Stop]

Update Tuner T1 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tuner T1 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tuner T1 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tuner T1.

Fix Tuner T1 unable to contact server/ Tuner T1 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tuner T1 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tuner T1 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tuner T1
