I have been using OVCB for over a year now, and have experienced SO many issues with it. I have not once, ever been able to set up Face ID with it, even though it offers every time. Now, I got a new phone and cannot even sign into OVCB because it takes me through all of the verification steps and then forces me to press “enroll” in the end, just to tell me that I’m (obviously) already enrolled. Please, fix your app!

There is so much room for improvement. OVCB is very basic. I’m not able to see routing numbers or account numbers for my accounts through OVCB which makes me have to call the bank. There is no way to send through Zelle through the bank app. It glitches often and logs me out. It reminds me of Wells Fargo’s app from 2013 or B of A’s app from 2010. Super outdated

OVCB is incredibly clunky and unreliable. Some features rarely ever work as they should. Other banks have great apps that make life easy. OVCB has me looking for a different bank to deal with.

This bank and Mobile app are horrible. Never opened on one weekend day and OVCB always glitches. I always have to delete it and re-add it. So inconvenient and annoying.

OVCB is extremely glitchy oftentimes I cant see my balance

Where do I begin it took me almost 10 tries to get it verified because it's the same phone that has a text message so when I switch screen you have to go start all over again cannot finish what you left off
And then when I finally got it working is stays on the same screen on top of every time you go back it goes to the verification mode So I finally deleted it

OVCB has been experiencing technical issues for about a year. It’s terrible

I have been with OVC a long time and have great relationship with the amazing workers, but OVCB is lacking to say the least. It’s unsettling because OVC is a great institution but I have been frustrated more than a handful of times because OVCB isn’t working correctly or lacking information.

So hard to do banking with OVCB. I often try to login and get errors. Right now it is telling me “we are currently unable to process your request” and “a system error occurred. Try again or come back later “ It is 9:30 AM on Friday morning! How is a person supposed to do their banking when they can never get into OVCB ? Please update and fix OVCB!

In particular, there should be an Aunthenticator App 2-factor Authentication. OVCB could definitely use with an update soon.

I have to constantly delete and download in order for OVCB to work.

Finally an this app app!!! Very happy to see a small bank stepping up.

OVCB works great. I left wells fargo over a decade ago for this app. I'm so glad I did that. They remember your name and are extremely friendly. You just can't get the same amazing customer service that this bank provides from the bigger banks. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

This bank takes care of their Clients in ways BofA can only dream about! Keep it up guys!
