I am so tired of having to report the same message over and over. I have the orignal app on my iPad and my iPhone. I have had it since it first came out. I paid for it $9.99 and was a one time buy. Since Sarah passed away and ya’ll got money hungry and tried to make it all fancy so you could charge monthly fees it’s been a nightmare. I do not want any of the new stuff nor am I paying a thing. I just want my app to open to the date and let me read my devotion for the date. Not it keeps getting all locked up and only about 8 dates in January are unlocked. Can someone please tell me how to get this fix. I hate to have to delete this app and find a new devotion cuz I have done this one for years and I love it. Please help!
Bought new iPhone. Have had your app for years. Had to reload from App Store. Now you expect me to pay monthly for it? Please resolve.
All the daily devotions are ‘locked’ except for 2 ‘sample’ readings. I actually PAID for this app many years ago. Please advise.
I’m having a major problem with the app that I purchased a while ago. For the last several months when I click on the app to read my daily devotional, it is stuck on January 1st. I cannot access any other days. It wants me to subscribe which is what I thought I did after purchasing the app originally. All I want to do is read my daily devotional which has carried me through some very difficult times. I’m using app on iPad Air 3rd generation with operating system IOS 17.4. Please correct this issue..many people out there are frustrated and need daily inspiration in these difficult times.
I emailed last November about the app locking all the dates after I updated the app. I was emailed a "temporary" fix which does not work anymore. I see from the comments it's still an ongoing problem. What is the timeline for a permanent solution? Many of us are frustrated by this new monthly subscription plan OR be stuck with an paid app that doesn't work. OR I can just delete the app, use my hard copy book and tell others to not bother buying the app which has become monetized . Not very good customer service folks
Why is this app only allowing me the first few days in January? I paid for it years ago and when it stopped working, I paid for it again and reinstalled. Now I’m not allowed to access content for which I have previously paid TWICE?? What is going on?
Chapters in my app are locked except for a few days in January. I keep on getting screen asking me to subscribe. I purchased the app years ago and have even given it out as a gift. I have sent email on this issue and feel disappointed for not getting a response, not even an acknowledgment. Very disappointed especially as I see this app as more than just the monetary.
My daily devotional all of a sudden reverted back to January 1 even though it is February 8. How do I get it back on the right date?
I updated my Jesus Calling App and it’s stuck on Jan 1st! I’ve had this app for many years and it wasn’t a cheap app. I don’t want any additional content, I just want what I originally paid for. Is it a technical glitch or are they requiring more money for what I already purchased?
I am disappointed that the Jesus is calling app has turned into another space where money is becoming more important than spreading the love of Christ. I bought the app years ago and it had become part of my daily prayer time. When you add another monetary barrier to access to content I’d already paid for it makes question the company’s integrity. If you don’t fix this I will delete the app and unsubscribe from the podcast.
Cannot read my daily devotions from the online Jesus calling that I have read every day since I was diagnosed with breast cancer 12 years ago. I am very disappointed I can’t read it anymore unless I pay for another ongoing subscription. I am very disgusted and frustrated. I need my Jesus Calling daily devotions back!!!!
The app opens and I tap today’s reading, it goes to January 1,. I hit chapters and it goes to December so I have to scroll numerous time to reach January. Please fix this needed program.

I cannot access my Jesus calling readings on my app. Missing them. Hope the problem is sorted soon
