I have 2 problems: 1. When I log in to my account on my laptop, I cant get in. I get the error message, "It looks like your account has not been given access to this website. Please contact your leasing office." My leasing office has not been able to fix this problem. 2. When I log in on my phone I can get in but I can only see information about my old apartment (Vue on Macgregor) not my new apartment (DLP Proper). Not sure how to fix this either.
