How to fix POIZON app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the POIZON app on iPhone
Update POIZON app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall POIZON iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix POIZON on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve POIZON network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

POIZON Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix POIZON not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the POIZON App
1. On android, goto Settings » POIZON » click [Force Stop]

Update POIZON to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear POIZON App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » POIZON » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart POIZON.

Fix POIZON unable to contact server/ POIZON internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click POIZON » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto POIZON » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch POIZON
