Simple Fix Needed

I would greatly appreciate if you either remove the "swipe right to open menu" feature, or else create a button within the settings to disable it!!

I am constantly opening the stupid menu when trying to scroll through transactions. Given that for this product, viewing transactions is much more important and frequently used than the menu, i (and likely a lot of others who are right handed) am happy to take a fraction of a second longer to open the menu using the button, if it means that I can scroll without closing the dang menu every 3 seconds!!

I realize it seems like a small issue, but I am 100% serious that if if this problem persists, I may actually switch banks because of it. The reason I would take such an extreme measure, is that I am still quite irritated about the avoidable hassles that I endured during the recent merger with eagle bank, which were caused by the same lack of attention to detail in anticipating customer issues that is present in EnterpriseGoing. Then as now, i believe your execution to be only adequate, but not amazing. Eagle banks execution was amazing, so if you don't amaze me moving forward(and your off to an irritating start with EnterpriseGoing), I have no qualms about allowing another business to earn mine. (And, you did just give me an unwanted lesson in just how much work changing banks can be, so I'm pretty sure round 2 can go quite smoothly...)

Because I can’t give it 0 stars...

This is legitimately the worst app I’ve ever used. Not just the worst banking app. The worst app in any category. It times out 10 seconds after I log in. It changes screens without prompting. Oh, so you want to deposit a check? Too bad. It’s literally the only reason we have this service - to mobile deposit. And it never works. Out of 12 checks and probably 200+ attempts, I’ve gotten ONE check to work. I use a handful of other mobile deposit services with no problems at all, so I clearly know how to properly capture the check images. So it’s all on you Enterprise. I’d say “nice try” but I highly doubt anyone actually tried to make a decent app.

Fraud on Accounts

Apparently we have found potential fraud on our account. Second time in 1 year; that time we had to close all three accounts Trust and 2 operating accounts. I personally suspect the breach to be bank security related, given that new measures were being tested at the beginning of 2022.

Charges are somehow being made with account and routing number information. Somehow they have captured this information and were able to make charges on line with just the account and routing number.

Further, we had to move to a “positive pay” (daily approval of charges) solution on our primary Trust Account earlier in the year to provide an additional layer of security to OUR own customers. We will likely have to do that again here.

Lastly after reporting this matter to the branch, I was told by the Enterprise Bank HOA/PM specialist that Enterprise may only refund me losses for the past 90-days, when activity is now suspected through the beginning of the year.

This does not give your customers ANY sense security with our funds, or any sense of loyalty to your Bank.

Should the activity on this account be amicably resolved to our satisfaction, and Enterprise make our company whole on any suspicious fraud activity, I would gladly revise this review.

Never works properly

I have an account at another bank, and I’ll try to deposit on Enterprises mobile app, no luck, works like a charm on the other bank’s. Every SINGLE time I try to login on EnterpriseGoing I have to do a password reset despite using biometrics and getting a temporary passcode, then it reliably locks my account each and every time. I get wanting things to be secure but locking me out of my own account every time? Ridiculous. I should just delete the stupid app but their mobile website is even worse. Then customer service phone number is a good 20 minutes on hold each time and this is literally EVERY TIME I try to use EnterpriseGoing . Save yourself a hassle and avoid EnterpriseGoing, this bank, all of it.

Mobile Deposit

I constantly have issues with mobile deposit. It tells me to include “for mobile deposit only” on my endorsement which I do and it takes about 20 tries and continuing to tell me to include it with it already in there before it will work. I have complained before and they blamed me that it wasn’t focused. I am a pro at focusing that check now cause I do it 20 times a week and that is not the problem. Now every time I hit submit it takes me to the login screen. I moved a ways from this bank so in person deposit isn’t doable regularly and EnterpriseGoing is awful at making it easy.

App

It’s a decent app but when I go to check my account it seems like EnterpriseGoing doesn’t correctly responded after working hours. It will show the correct amount the next working day but doesn’t after working hours. Like for example I have 500$ around 6pm. Go to the store and buy stuff go to check my count around 8pm and it still shows the 500$ in there. Like I didn’t buy anything but yet I would say spend around 150$ or so. I’ll have to wait till the next morning around 7am to check my account to correct balance.

Constant struggle with mobile deposits

I’ve used other mobile deposit apps and none are so difficult to get a deposit to go through. The ability to do mobile deposits is the only reason I use EnterpriseGoing at all and 90% of the time it won’t work. Further, other banking apps, when they occasionally fail, will give some feedback about why a scan was unusable for the deposit. EnterpriseGoing doesn’t provide any information about what the problem is so you’re left making random changes.

Just ok.

Overall the user interface UX is fairly non intuitive and digging into a sub menu to get to any functionality such as deposits is mildly frustrating. I really wish that the mobile deposits had a photo/scan of the check associated with the deposit in addition to the deposit slip instead of a blank image in the gallery. Also if a memo associated with the deposit was possible, it would allow me to get more into into the system to match up the deposit to the invoice paid. I guess I’m used to entering more into with my deposits at other institutions that allow me to more quickly identify the job they were associated with, or even look them up by something other than deposit amount weeks or months later if I need to research a payment. These are very nice features that I used to use regularly.

Remote deposit buggy

Remote deposit for checks is extremely buggy. The vast majority of the time when tapping “Submit deposit” it kicks me out of my account and back to the login screen. Once you log back in, sometimes the check has been deposited and sometimes it hasn’t been. Having to re-log back multiple times per check (and that’s assuming none of the other bugs with remote deposit occur) makes a simple task difficult for businesses.

Not the best but tolerable.

App is confusing at times and is not as user friendly as I would have hoped. Transfer statuses are often unclear when they don’t go through and I worry that by trying to do a failed transfer again, that I’ll end up with an overdraft. Have also had multiple issues setting up external accounts for transfers. Had no problems with external account transfers prior to my local community bank being bought out by a larger corporation that uses EnterpriseGoing. Overall, I can tolerate using EnterpriseGoing for very basic banking but I’ve felt mostly frustrated with it. I truly hope some changes are made to the customer side of the interface.

Mobile Deposits Are A Struggle

My only real issue with EnterpriseGoing is mobile deposits. It takes me 10 to 20 min to go through the process of taking pictures of my checks over and over until finally I manage to catch a good enough picture to be processed. I literally walk around from flat surface to flat surface and try using different levels of lighting to manage to find a good enough picture that EnterpriseGoing will allow to go through of my checks. This wasn’t an issue with the previous LANB app.

Not current enough information

I do like having a banking app. But as I go on tonight to check balances, the information is 48 hours old. How can a modern banking establishment satisfy its customers by lagging that far behind? Transactions need to be posted immediately - there is much extra work tracking down deposits and checks when the bank isn’t doing their part. I think this must be a glitch in your system - I have never used a bank that is this far behind in posting transactions.

Outdated

I like having access to my banking online.. however my old bank which Enterprise took over had a way better platform and was able to deposit and and debit my account quickly (which is probably a bank thing and not an app thing) EnterpriseGoing itself still feels really really old and outdated. It’s okay at best. The loading of pages is slow.. just meaning not immediate. 3 stars because I like that I can deposit my checks, look at my account balance, and it’s available.

One small problem

I like everything about EnterpriseGoing except that I can’t look at a business account and personal accounts with the same log in. I used to be able to do that, but after getting a new iPhone when I logged in the business account couldn’t be seen. The bill pay payees are attached to the business account and I have to open it to pay personal bills.

Good but flawed

EnterpriseGoing works pretty well, but it has an annoying habit of forgetting my Touch ID once in a while. Not sure if that’s a security feature or a bug, but boy does it always pop up at the most irritating times. Otherwise, it’s nice to be able to see my bank statement updated in real time so I know whether I can afford that complete series box set of Friends on blu-ray or not.

Overall it’s great except…

For the remote deposit. I’ve tried 20+ times to deposit a check and money orders with only ONE time I was successful. If they would address this issue, I’d be happy to give it 5 stars, but when it tells you “for mobile deposit only” on the back, and then it won’t let you scan it in via your camera, then end up going to the bank anyway…yes, well, that’s a problem. PLEASE fix this.

Enterprise Bank and Trust

Overall I like EnterpriseGoing and seeing future balance based on purchases which is great for budgeting. My one problem with EnterpriseGoing is that the mobile check depositing which has been rather finicky for me only working about half of the time forcing me to go to the bank to deposit the check defeating the purpose. Once this is fixed I can’t think of any other complaints.

No Non-Sense

I like EB&T approach with EnterpriseGoing. Clearly laying out the information you need in a straight forward manner on the surface and if you need functionality you can dig deeper in EnterpriseGoing . Also great choice with partnering with SecurLOCKEquip, I wish all banks would do this great app!

Side note:
1) In the P2P it would be nice to be able to request payment as well as send payment.

2) I wish there was better notification integration with iOS. I noticed there are several options to choose. My initial one was push which I thought like most other apps display the notification through iOS native system. Instead it sends it through the apps secure messaging feature causing me to still have to open EnterpriseGoing . Eventually I changed it to txt message delivery, but I discovered that it only send the message once regardless of setting it to send daily.

Improved App

Your App has greatly improved. The ability to go back to a Home Screen of all our accounts by clicking on the arrow above the accounts, makes toggling between screens easier.
I am sure you had this suggestion from several people but I was glad to see you added the option to see the password as you typed it. My husband had suggested this to you.

Handy app

EnterpriseGoing is handy to have at a finger touch away. If you had any thing happened to your bank account previously you like to make sure everything is update and nothing is getting “taken” from you. I also like depositing checks on here as well. Simple and easy. It’s is a nice feature when you only get far and few when your main check is direct deposit. I recommend just to have just Incase your debit card is lost / stolen you have numbers to your disposal quickly and easily.
