How to fix LightInTheBox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LightInTheBox app on iPhone
Update LightInTheBox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LightInTheBox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LightInTheBox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LightInTheBox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LightInTheBox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LightInTheBox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LightInTheBox App
1. On android, goto Settings » LightInTheBox » click [Force Stop]

Update LightInTheBox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LightInTheBox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LightInTheBox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LightInTheBox.

Fix LightInTheBox unable to contact server/ LightInTheBox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LightInTheBox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LightInTheBox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LightInTheBox
