I placed an order on 2-21-2024. I was told the items would arrive in 4-7 business days . My order arrived 25 days after the order was placed . Also, there were 6 clothing items in my order, that I wanted to return . It is virtually impossible to return anything to Light In The Box company , because , all of your return options, will result in a dead end . There is not a phone number to speak to anyone . And , the company will not respond to any of your emails . I've made multiple multiple attempts to get a simple return ticket . No one has responded , to any of my contact efforts . I'm extremely disappointed , and very frustrated with this entire process . I would advice everyone to , to stay away from Light In The Box . It's a total rip off . Very Disappointed :-(
I received the dress I ordered March 11, 2024 and it is too small. Your website is impossible to find the return address label to mail the dress back to your company for a refund. Please forward a return label as soon as possible.

Light in the box does deliver your items. But if it doesn't fix returning it is very hard and next to impossible. They want you to upload pictures and you only have 7 days to return it. My two tops that I ordered both had a foul smell like fish on them. I cannot wear them anyplace like that! The material is awful!!! I will never oder from this place again.

Ordered green pant suit, received too small. Emailed company stating too small wanted to return. They responded, stating although item sent from New Jersey it has to returned to China and they are awaiting tickets to return. Meanwhile, without my permission, they sent me another pantsuit and that too is too small. I have now been charged for two pant suits. No response from them to date as to how to return for refund. This is an absolute scam.

Hi I bought a pink coat for my wife on tying it on the zip closed and as we pulled it up the bottom part started to open, we pulled the zip back down and tried again no luck it still kept opening. Please can you tell me how I can send it back to you and also order another one size uk 20. if you could send me a returns label and packing material I will send it back, please note with all the rest of my wife's clothing and all my shirts that we have bought we are really pleased with them and my wife loves this coat. I am in the middle of trying to return a dress. I ordered 2 so I could choose which one I wanted. This one came & the bag was all ripped. I just did not like the material, it is silky & I was not expecting that & it did not look good on me. Now days have gone by while I'm trying to get the return address so I can see how much the return will cost or else was given a choice between a 60 % credit or 40 % credit or something of that nature. They will not even refund my full amount??? So anyway here I sit as the days go on & I need that return address & I did not even get the 2nd dress yet so I hope that's not going to be a problem as well. What's with this not refunding all your money! That is not right! I am trying to be kind & courteous but there needs to be better communication & the site needs revamping so you know where the heck to go for your infomation. Still waiting to hear......

This whole company is one very large scam. The only reason I downloaded the app is because on their website, for returns, it tells you to download the app and shows a step by step, which does not match the steps actually needed. They make it impossible to return anything. They lied about their location, not Washington but Hong Kong, they said 4-7 days shipping unless I paid $60 for expedited shipping, I paid $60 for shipping and then my order wasn’t processed until AFTER the delivery date I paid for. They even threw in a business card saying Sorry For Being Late, and not to Use the Apple App or Website, they said to order with WhatsApp so they don’t have to pay fees to anybody -“makes it cheaper”, then the material description DOES NOT MATCH what they send, they sent plastic bags with zippers instead of what I ordered, polyester vests ( I know the difference because plastic/acrylic melts with a heat press) also I ordered sizes Large-3XL, they sent me the exact same sizes with different tags, when I requested a refund they made it seem like it’s my fault I’m American and Americans are fat? This is a company mind you-I just wanted a refund they promised- they said no and offered 30% of a $417, then sent me $100 which is not 30% of $417, this company is garbage and is doing illicit practices and should be removed from the App Store they are trying to sell garbage while ripping off Apple and American Clients at the same time. Trash trash trash.

i wish i’d read all the app store reviews first rather than the reviews on the actual app. what it fails to mention on the app(until after you make your purchase) is that the actual time it takes to get to you is divided into a shipping estimated time and a delivery estimated time. so when it says 4-7 business days that doesn’t include the “processing time” which could also be up to 10 business days. i paid an extra $30 for expedited shipping just for it to still not be shipped yet. even after i ordered it said that the estimated shipping date would be the 13th (two business days after i ordered) yet it still has yet to be shipped. even on the app all the reviewers give the items 5 star reviews and they conveniently all have pictures (i noticed another review on the app store saying that there were no pictures with the reviews, but now there are) but even when the picture clearly doesn’t even match the photo they’re still giving 5 stars and even if it has a 3 or 4 stars it still is like “great, love it” there’s never anything lower than a 3 which is pretty suspicious. honestly i wouldn’t even be this mad if it had told me in the first place there was two different estimated times for it to get here (probably because i just wouldn’t have ordered because i’m on a time crunch) but the fact that that part was conveniently just not visible until AFTER i made the order 😒

I think this app is a scam from China clearly they MISLEAD you into believing you’d get your order (in 4-7 business days paying extra shipping) and that they give refunds this is NOT TRUE! Processing days take another 10 days on top of shipping days! 👎🏽 The reviews are lies and real intentions are to scam you out of your money. I think that these tracking numbers and the DHL app is fake and a data mining scam also used in their website review to link to your Facebook accounts so they send you more scam sites. I was mislead about free returns which they only give only 24 hours from when you hit submit. There is NO WAY TO CANCEL THE ORDER so you’ll have to dispute it with your bank. I couldn’t even delete my card info or account. NEVER USE SITES from foreign countries even some US ones are fakes. Read the contact us details make sure business is real, has an actual address, email & phone number and valid business license number before buying anything online!
A fake customer service automated email responds and asks for a bogus order number. Still have not received a real tracking number that corresponds to my package. Some scammers send real tracking numbers but they do not relate to your actual order. We will see how ling it take for me to receive anything… I ordered Oct 2nd expected it before the 10th. They told me it won’t be here til Oct 18th…
