First impression is simple stuff doesn’t work

Started the setup process. Filled out the profile and it did not work. Kept trying to submit and nothing happened. No error nothing. Finally x-ed out. I have a rule about applications. If simple things don’t work the whole app is untrustworthy.
Side peeve. When putting your date of birth let me just type it? Or give me the date wheel. Default date was today and I am not young. Took me way too long to tap back to my year and fill it out. Use current location did not work either. Then searching for my state I started with W and Washington did not show. Random states with none having the letter W. Eventually I got enough letters in for Washington to show up.
So, so far, app has a usability grade of F. I am afraid to keep trying it.
Poor Ticketing App with no Improvements in Sight

The App has always been buggy. No improvements despite years of feedback to Sounders representatives. Very disappointing users are forced to use a buggy App yet no improvements are made to fix. Difficult to access tickets, data always out of date and does not refresh, will not allow use of VPN, good luck if you try to use to access a game, never works for us, must save tickets to wallet for them to work at scanners. Poor ticketing App :(
Showing how little customer experience matters

It’s almost like the sounders don’t care how bad the interactions with Ticketmaster are. The constant reauths(frequently resulting in needing to change passwords), failure to show tickets, failure to sync information, painful interface design, whatever. This app is disgraceful as is the attention paid to detail in the user experience. I’m glad to be disassociating myself with the organization and this app in short order.
