Sounders FC Reign FC Reviews

Started the setup process. Filled out the profile and it did not work. Kept trying to submit and nothing happened. No error nothing. Finally x-ed out. I have a rule about applications. If simple things don’t work the whole app is untrustworthy.

Side peeve. When putting your date of birth let me just type it? Or give me the date wheel. Default date was today and I am not young. Took me way too long to tap back to my year and fill it out. Use current location did not work either. Then searching for my state I started with W and Washington did not show. Random states with none having the letter W. Eventually I got enough letters in for Washington to show up.

So, so far, app has a usability grade of F. I am afraid to keep trying it.

SoundersFCReignFC consistently is full of bugs and poor design. I’ve been a season ticket holder since the inaugural season and I continue to be shocked at the poor experience provided on SoundersFCReignFC . It continually locks up, locks you out of your account, and is difficult to manage tickets on. The calendar for the season is always so poorly laid out and hard to determine when matches are. Seattle is a tech city, do better.

Season ticket holder with 4 seats. Often times we only use 2 of the 4 tickets and will offer for sale 2 of them.

If you have more than 2 seats good luck on trying to sell your tickets via SoundersFCReignFC . Will not let you access anything beyond your initial 2 seats.

This is a known issue yet they have done nothing to fix.

Our seats are split across 2 rows, but SoundersFCReignFC interface to sell tickets only shows the one row as a horizontal scroll with no vertical scroll to see our 2nd row to select seats. I have to go to the web application for this to work for us, but even the web site keeps trying to route me back to this mobile app for sales.

It’s almost like the sounders don’t care how bad the interactions with Ticketmaster are. The constant reauths(frequently resulting in needing to change passwords), failure to show tickets, failure to sync information, painful interface design, whatever. SoundersFCReignFC is disgraceful as is the attention paid to detail in the user experience. I’m glad to be disassociating myself with the organization and SoundersFCReignFC in short order.

SoundersFCReignFC has always been buggy. No improvements despite years of feedback to Sounders representatives. Very disappointing users are forced to use a buggy App yet no improvements are made to fix. Difficult to access tickets, data always out of date and does not refresh, will not allow use of VPN, good luck if you try to use to access a game, never works for us, must save tickets to wallet for them to work at scanners. Poor ticketing App :(

What’s worse than the result of our season opener? Knowing the result of the season opener before watching recording despite all notifications turned off within the Sounders app. Woke up to have the score prominently displayed on my lock screen despite all notifications turned off within SoundersFCReignFC . In the past I opted for only starting XI notifications. Second fail of the season and it’s only 3 hours in.

Can’t link the Reign season ticket account, and from Reign forums, it seems like everyone has this issue unless they also have a Sounders account. Notification preferences are broken too. I turned off all Sounders notifications, and yet still get them. Had to turn off notifications at the OS level.

Don’t like the new app! Don’t like the multi page format of the schedule, or when you drill into the schedule, there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to just see home games. Won’t know until season starts if other changes are improvements or more fails.

Feeling better than Bob? Sure…but there’s still some room for improvement. Seems like the integration with the Account Manager could be tighter for access to tickets. Showing more of the schedule would also be good…but hey at least it doesn’t overlap ads on top of videos like the MLS app.

I don’t have too many complaints about SoundersFCReignFC, but I would love it if standings and results would get added for the Champions League games to see who’s still in and who’s a potential opponent.

The most interesting part of the old app was Social, but now it is gone. The user interface design is really bad. Very small print for main menu, for example. Fire the designers, hire somebody else, and get som feedback from users with iphones or ipads. Dont rely on developers using latge screen desktops without testing on iphones.

I like SoundersFCReignFC , but am very dissatisfied with sounders tv coverage.

Seems like Root sports used to show games live and they don’t anymore.

Starting to lose interest because of poor tv coverage.

Just the ease of use and the clear UX flow. This is what I love about tech centers like Seattle. Those Microsoft boys are HARD AT WORK. Making sure their “wonderfully crafted” software isn’t immediately hacked by crafty Chinese hackers or homegrown script kiddies from Iowa.

If possible can you add those games in the sounders app like on the old version pls?

I don’t always get the opportunity to watch Sounder’s games live because I live in eastern Washington, however with SoundersFCReignFC I NEVER feel like I miss out an anything! I remember going to the Kingdome in the late 70’s to watch the Sounder’s play the New York Cosmos and falling in love with the “Sweetest Game.” Thank you for keeping the love affair going all these years later! Rave Green forever!

Good app, it would also be nice to see a game where you have to type the players name after you get their number or see their face or something like that.

Best fan base ever!! We bounce around seat wise every year and have yet to sit around bad peeps.
The players are and have been so down to earth.

The players sign things, say hi not jerks at all. Maybe bad days but never disrespectful and I love that about them great job sounders let’s get another one
