I love this app to pieces. Their clothes are always on trend and have a great policy; however, BERSHKA needs improvement. I had many items in my cart which I was planning to buy later on that day, and whenever I opened BERSHKA it would say there was an error. This pattern continued to happen for the next couple of days. So I decided to delete and download BERSHKA again, in hopes it would resolve my problem. Nothing. It just did the same thing over and over again. And quite honestly I’m tired of it, by the time I was able to go in BERSHKA and buy my items everything deleted. And once I exited out of BERSHKA again, it did the same thing saying there was an error. Please fix this!

I used BERSHKA and it’s freaking easy as hell! The only thing is when I tried to press “x” to remove something from my cart, it wasn’t working. I figured out a way to do it though (go to quantity and enter in 0) so all is good. 👌🏼

For a month or more I’ve been trying to view items and order them but each time I select an item to preview, BERSHKA freezes. I reached out to customer support but nothing has changed. BERSHKA is practically useless at this point.

BERSHKA is great and would be perfect if only it had Apple Pay! It’s 2019, there’s no reason why an app like this doesn’t have it yet!

So the issue is, whenever you press on the ‘scan & shop’ section you can’t go out of it and you have to close BERSHKA and open it once again to be able to go back to your shopping, I hope this issue is fixed soon :)

I liked in the beginning BERSHKA. I thought it would be very convenient to order from it.
But I ordered pair of jeans. Nothing arrived. Plus, I tried to call nobody answer. I tried to chat no answer as well. Disappointed:( still waiting to solve this problem through BERSHKA . I ordered straight from their website and didn’t have any issues! Never again I will use BERSHKA!

I love the brand but I have to go online to look at sizing most of the time. Also app doesn’t work sometimes. One out of three times that I try to use it, it says error. Not really worth the download, just use the website it’s more reliable.

literally horrible. i placed an order and they never sent me an email to track it. it’s way past the due date when they claimed it would be delivered and my package just never showed up. i spent over $80 and had to report fraud on my paypal. i’m livid. i even sent an email to them to try and get answers and got no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Can’t reach customer service. Invoices are confusing. Items still have mot arrived even though they say delivered on ap. No real tracking information. Can’t email cause you can’t type anything in the subject line on the form and it can’t be blank. So there’s no way to tell them how dissatisfied you are.

First it shows the item has a stock, but once I check the shopping cart it says the item is no longer available!! How many time do I have to delete the item from the cart to move onto the purchase confirmation page??? In the end, I didn’t buy a thing. The system is so soooo discouraging me to shop☹️

I love app. I love your clothes! I am from Venezuela and I always bought in their stores all over the country! The quality of fabrics used by the inditex group is excellent!

Every time app have errors I have to go out and re-enter or redownload and it is fixed but then the same thing happens, I love the clothes and everything but that problem damages everything

Before ordering and paying make sure your ordering it from wherever your living at cause I learned that the hard way and order something from the website and than proceed to pay for it than turns out that it’s not even gonna come

I end up having to go to the this app mobile site my phone's web browser or the desktop site on my laptop to actually complete a purchase. At this point BERSHKA is pretty much just a wishlist tool. Thumbs down.

Every time I open BERSHKA a massage appears that “something wrong happens and try again..etc” please fix the problem cause I deleted it and downloaded it again it’s the same thing. Otherwise everything okay

placed an order and it got cancelled for absolutely no reason. Called and was given a bs reason. Placed another order and that one got cancelled too for absolutely no reason at all. Don’t shop here, they are very unprofessional and will not work to resolve your issues. Terrible company and i will never shop here or recommend to anybody. Bye.

I ordered from the website about 6 items, after a day from confirming my purchase they tell me all the items I ordered except one are sold one , why couldn’t they say that before I paid money, oh and they haven’t returned the money yet

I ordered two shirts and two pairs of mom jeans a couple months ago. The shirts fit great but the pants were WAY TO BIG, i looked at the size chart/ measured myself and i ordered the right size... Kinda annoyed they didn’t fit because i payed $70 for them.

The clothes that I received had so many defects, and I called the customer service 3 times and wrote them like 10 times but they said they never received them. I don’t think I’m the one should responsible for return shipping charge, but they never replied and never refund my shipping charges.

Waited 2 weeks order status is still "in transit " customer service is not responding cute clothes but not worth the stress after getting my package will not be shopping this app app or website anymore just terrible

They made and update, still no support for iPhone X. Otherwise 5 stars. Keep up berashka, Zara already updates.

Love this app, BERSHKA is super easy to use, and has the same functions as the website! Love it

BERSHKA is horrible! The information regarding the 20% is incorrect. Every time I try to check out after selecting my shipping method it takes me out of BERSHKA . What good is BERSHKA if O can’t actually shop and make a purchase?

I ordered some stuff on BERSHKA and it says it’s delivered without me even receiving anything at all. I issued a claim and I received no updates for like a month until I emailed them, and they freaking told me to send a screenshot of my legal ID?!!!!

Been trying to make a payment but it keeps shutting down
