1 year agoI placed an order for a gift card on 18th March to be sent to my neice for her birthday via emila. The payment has been deducted from my visa account but she has not received the gift card.

1 year agoTerrible website I am trying to return a pair of jeans which I bought for my granddaughter, which are too small impossible to get contact information for customer service and it’s impossible to return through the bershka website

3 years agoIt is a disgusting, horrible, unprofessional system! Customer Service in California is the one of a kind poorest service. When you ask for a manager the agent who gets the call is not cooperative and will not respect the request you make to speak to a Manager. I emailed many may times but couldn't get a Manager to deal with the problem. Terrible company and worse customer service ever happen in the retail industry. I am not buying from them anymore. Ever!

3 years agoReturned my trousers 2 days after receiving it due not to being too small . The trousers were marked as delivered to them , sent 4 emails requesting refund, and no refund or replies nearly a month already

I liked in the beginning this app. I thought it would be very convenient to order from it. But I ordered pair of jeans. Nothing arrived. Plus, I tried to call nobody answer. I tried to chat no answer as well. Disappointed:( still waiting to solve this problem through the app. I ordered straight from their website and didn’t have any issues! Never again I will use this app!

DO NOT BUY FROM BERSHKA
literally horrible. i placed an order and they never sent me an email to track it. it’s way past the due date when they claimed it would be delivered and my package just never showed up. i spent over $80 and had to report fraud on my paypal. i’m livid. i even sent an email to them to try and get answers and got no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Horrible
Can’t reach customer service. Invoices are confusing. Items still have mot arrived even though they say delivered on ap. No real tracking information. Can’t email cause you can’t type anything in the subject line on the form and it can’t be blank. So there’s no way to tell them how dissatisfied you are.
