I have created a model but the app crashes whenever i try to modify the dimensions in the largest room.

I download the app and was totally impressed with the functionality and options for the cost. I put together a floor plan for job and sent the client the estimate. Now the app has crashed. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it's completely dysfunctional. Online it indicates I have an account however I was forced to set it up a second time. Now I can't send my client any updates to the changes they've requested and I look like a dummy. Very frustrating for a $10/mo app.

I am currently trying to use Magic Plan to complete an assignment and after scanning the room with my iPhone, as I attempt to edit and work on the floorplan on my desktop, I am given the message "😳 Something went wrong. We could not load your project. Please try again later." What could be the issue here while on the free version and building the first of my two free projects?

How to fix magicplan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the magicplan app on iPhone
Update magicplan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall magicplan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix magicplan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve magicplan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

magicplan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix magicplan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the magicplan App
1. On android, goto Settings » magicplan » click [Force Stop]

Update magicplan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear magicplan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » magicplan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart magicplan.

Fix magicplan unable to contact server/ magicplan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click magicplan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto magicplan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch magicplan
