I paid for the full version and every time I try to look at a modifier CPTQuickRef shuts down, would be well worth it...if it worked! Junk!

Used to love CPTQuickRef but search no longer works after update.

Search feature is completely useless
Way overpriced for what you get

You can download CPTQuickRef but if you want to look at anything, you get a message to pay $60 dollars a month. NO THANKS! Not worth it.

I went ahead and paid for the option to access all CPT codes. It only resulted in access to E and M codes. I asked CPTQuickRef producer for help and have received no response at all.

I paid for the codes and now I am locked out with a demand for higher fees to access 2019 - and they want another $40 just to continue to access 2018 codes that I had already purchased! Don’t buy it!

Paid for premium content. Still locked from accessing. Have sent messages to customer support and still no access.
Who has time to struggle with this?

I cannot find the option to pay for it. Thee free trial only lasted 1 day last month. I still want to buy it, since it’s the only such app I know of.

I spoke with the AMA today and was informed that this is a subscription service and therefore you are buying access not content. There is no proration if you purchase later in the year. I thought the AMA was supposed to be on our side.

I have now paid for CPTQuickRef twice. Once by purchasing the CPT book directly from the AMA. CPTQuickRef worked for approximately 9 months and then just stopped. After removing it and downloading it a second time, I decided to purchase the premium access to see if that helped. I am logged in and it shows as installed, but I still cannot access the codes. I contacted the AMA for a refund for the unsupported app, and they responded that they will not refund the money and I will need to petition Apple for a refund. As usual, the AMA shows what a garbage society it is.

Paid for premium but never was able to access it.
Never got any response from developers. Upgraded my phone and what a supersize: can’t access anything anymore at all. Restore purchase doesn’t work.

I purchased the premium CPT pack and was supposed to get access to all of the CPT codes. I paid, but did not receive access to the premium pack, it’s locked down!!! This is horrible. Wish I would’ve read the reviews, but I trusted that this was reputable being that it an AMA product!!!

I’m unable to access codes after an update to the program. CPTQuickRef is NOT free! It’s expensive to initially purchase and the frequent updates are also expensive! If you don’t pay for the updates, you can’t access the new version OR the version that you previously paid for. Avoid CPTQuickRef at ALL costs!

Rats. Wish I had read these reviews before my recent purchase. Clearly I’m not the only one having access troubles after purchasing “access”.
And I’m one of the apparently many who thought I was purchasing content rather than access.

Just caved and re-purchased after multiple calls and emails with customer service failed to restore my access. Figured I’d go ahead and buy 2020. Still can’t get access. And what I’m thinking is it won’t work until 2020 - because this lousy app still won’t acknowledge that I paid for 2019.

To add insult to injury, I just gave 60 bucks to an organization I rarely agree with and have never joined.

App was terribly slow and glitchy and would not let me see the 2020 content after I repeatedly signed in and have purchased it

Spent an hour finding the codes I need but the fav option doesn’t work. I cannot keep going through all the codes everytime. Defeats the purpose of having CPTQuickRef . The explanation tab also has some glitches with always starting out with the wrong section.
Overall it’s ok but for what it gives me now, I would rather have the physical book.

I renewed my CPT assistant archive and it wont work even though it states its installed and customer service will not reply.

There was an update to CPTQuickRef and now it refuses to open. I even deleted it and then downloaded it again and it still refuses to open.

I had similar issues as the other reviewers giving it single stars. You HAVE to register Or sign in through the settings menu in CPTQuickRef . Otherwise you will still be locked out of the content. No issues with app itself, just need to follow instructions. I just wish CPTQuickRef was cheaper, hopefully it’ll be in good use.
