eMAGNIFIER Reviews

I like this but it's fuzzy up close and crashes every 5.2 seconds I am a scientist so I would know this... It needs and has more room for improvement like a couple fun new features to make it fun but also serious like adding exray themed stuff or black and white coloring or Sephia coloring. I would also like to talk about many other things but I need to go to my night shift work job so just make it better please and take this under consideration make iTunes for old people and kids so all aged scan make magnifying fun...

eMAGNIFIER displays blurry images when zoomed that are no more magnified than what the standard camera function can produce. Additionally, the zoom level indicator is not correct; when the indicator lists 8x zoom, objects on the screen only appear about twice the size they do to the naked eye.

The most irritating thing about eMAGNIFIER is that every time I open it, eMAGNIFIER turns up my screen brightness a LOT. Then, when I leave eMAGNIFIER , I have to go into settings and turn it back down. This is on iPhone 5.

Also, the free version is limited to only 4x zoom. And you cannot adjust the brightness if the LED light. Instead, I prefer "Magnifying Glass with Light" by Falcon in Motion which goes to 5x, and allows LED brightness adjustment (and doesn't mess up your screen brightness.)

The only issue I have with eMAGNIFIER is the fact it messes with my
brightness sometimes after using it the screen stays really bright and it also gets really bright when you use the this app

This is not a bad app in that I am able to read fairly well with it however at times things are fuzzy. I have used it to demonstrate what a video magnifier can do as well as to take a picture of a serial number on a piece of equipment for later entry in a system. I would liketo see more reverse video and more foreground and background combonations but overall, it's a great app.

Works well however there is little in the way of use or help instructions. Find your way by trial and error.

IMagnifier do pretty good, but, when you turn up to high level, it may fuzzy, or blurry on my iPad2.
Well, I still depend on imagnifier for vision impaired, or low vision. I am legally blind. I used it almost use it for anywhere. Smile!!!

I used this magnifier while sailing at night in the tropics, while reading fine print at work, and while playing scientist with my 11 year old son. Its reliable easy to use and fun. Its way better than squinting your eyes trying to read. Plus everyone Ive showed it to thank me for it. I give it 5 stars.

Downloaded the new application now I cannot magnify anything except that it's a sees my face on the screen all the time. Tried everything on their menu to turn it around so I can magnify the text but nothing works. I remove the application from my phone and re-install it. Now it works perfectly with OS 8.2

The other reviewers are silly. This is a fun toy, and it makes me giggle with pleasure. Of course the optical quality isn't super groovy. What do you expect? It's doing e best that can be done with the built-in camera lens.

Anyway, this is fun, cool, free, and if you don't like ads or nags, don't download free apps (especially when full versions cost just a lousy buck or two)!

I just got eMAGNIFIER but I really love it. Being vision impaired having a magnifying glass with me is certainly beneficial and sometimes required in eMAGNIFIER makes it so easy. Not only is it easy to use but it is very efficient and effective. I will not be caught without it!

I am visually impaired and eMAGNIFIER helps me a great deal. I would compare eMAGNIFIER to a very high-priced video magnifier. It allows me convenience I never have to worry about bringing something extra with me it's right here on my iPhone. I can read pill bottles menus the Bible book spread along with my other church members rather than having to bring them home putting them under the CCTV it's awesome thank you so much for your hard work in your app.

I'm very satisfied. It functions just the way I hoped when I downloaded. It can't go beyond the limits of the camera, but that's not the fault of eMAGNIFIER . I showed it to a friend who is legally blind, but with low vision. It was excellent for him. Keep up the good work!

I downloaded and tried ALL the binocular and magnifying apps. eMAGNIFIER is hands down the best one and does both up-close magnifying and binoculars, plus it takes better pics. Just go with this one.

Has come in handy so many times. I have caught myself looking for a magnifying glass and then it dawns on me that I don't have to look any further than my phone!!!

Love eMAGNIFIER. Use it all the time. Magnification levels are excellent.

I usually use eMAGNIFIER to read a book and for looking distant objects. It work well during night and day. Ill give a five star.

I use it all the time at restaurants where the print/font on the menus is too small to read normally
