No way to search!

No way to search! The search bar is hidden under the back arrow bar for the account and does not allow you to get into the field to type anything. Please fix.

I wrote this months ago, and it was temporarily corrected, now the search field is inaccessible AGAIN. I have to go online to the website to search anything, kind of a pain. Please fix.

Electronic Deposit

I’ve made several electronic deposits to cover transactions and I’m still being charged overdraft fees. I’m not sure how transfers from one account to the other are pending transactions.

Not always right

Although it’s good to see how much or make a transfer CitizensNationalBank is not always correct. Only correct about 25% of the time. Def needs an update

Update is confusing and hard on the eyes

Overall I have had no real complaints about CitizensNationalBank until the latest update which changed the visual layout of your charges. I may be on only one who has this problem, but I find the bold font confusing to look at. It’s harsh, overwhelming, and not user friendly anymore. I liked the old layout better. I also no longer can figure out what is being charged to my account.

Transaction grouping

The new transaction list is not as easy to use for reconciliation purposes. The old way grouped by posting date with a heading. Now there is no heading or group and date is under each transaction with no break at date change. Easy to confuse. Otherwise I love CitizensNationalBank .

It does the job, although it’s a bit clunky

It works and I can put checks into my account at home. However, there is no real tutorial and it’s a bit clunky.

Please make it so that I have the option of viewing my account and routing number from the app

I want to be able to view my account and routing number so that I don’t have to call or visit the bank each time I need the information. I don’t carry checks, so this would be the only way I am able to quickly get the information.
