I received hungama app in my xiommi mi phone as pre installed so I made my account and start using it, then I switched to samsung and installed this app in it and kept using it, at this point I got hungama gold membership. Now I again switched to mi phone note 7 and as I am trying to login in the inbuilt hungama app, it doesn't upgrade me to gold membership. So I downloaded hungama music app from playstore, and when I logged in it it get to my gold membership account back. But now I've been facing lot of issue of crashing on my downloaded hungama app. Please help me to log in to my hungama gold membership in the mi phone built-in hungama music app.

How to fix Hungama OTT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Hungama OTT app on iPhone
Update Hungama OTT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Hungama OTT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Hungama OTT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Hungama OTT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Hungama OTT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Hungama OTT App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hungama OTT » click [Force Stop]

Update Hungama OTT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hungama OTT App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hungama OTT » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hungama OTT.

Fix Hungama OTT unable to contact server/ Hungama OTT internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hungama OTT » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hungama OTT » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hungama OTT
