After using face recognition for years the app has suddenly asked for my password - which I can't remember. I have tried 7 of my most used ones with no luck. I have EVERYTHING saved in this app - help please.... surely there is some way I can get into it without losing all the info.

I have two issues with iPassSafe Pro. 1. I have 300 photos listed in an iPassSafe photo album on my iPad Pro. I cannot scroll through the thumbnails and the thumbnails are blurry. This is very frustrating when I have to swipe through 300 images one at a time. 2. when I try to sync my iPassSafe Database between my iPhone and iPad Pro I keep getting a Size Error message and cannot activate the database. Also very frustrating.

Program After last iOS update the program opens then closes the window in about a second. I though if I updated would solve the problem. NO IT DID NOT!

Developer: it’s time for you to fix the bug for the iPad version that numerous people have reported over several months! We are no longer able to open any entries on our iPad without it immediately “jumping” back to the Favorites page. Consequently, we can no longer view any passwords. This effectively destroys all information since we are no longer able to access it. I’ve attempted to contact support several times with no response. In its current state the product is worse than useless; it will actually block you from viewing your own personal data.

I’m having the same problem with the data page opening momentarily on my iPad then closing immediately. The same app on my iPhone is fine. Also, the iPhone and iPad are no longer synced no matter what I do! We need a fix asap or most of us will just change to another app!

As several folk above, data pages open very briefly and then close rapidly, making data irretrievable. This defect makes a decent app useless.

When I open on my iPad it opens to my favourites, when I go to open the screen slides back so I can’t read it to find password. It seemed to happen on last app update.

On the iPad iPassSave has a problem. When opening an entry it will be closed immediately. You can‘t read or update the entry’s. Therefore you can’t use the iPassSafe anymore. The problem exists since weeks. No reaction or answer from support. (iPadOS 15.7, iPassSafe V. 15.20 & 15.30, iPad Air and iPad Pro) On iPhone this problem didn’t exist.
