Ipass safe no longer works. Face ID stopped working on both my iPhone and my iPad. Can not remember my password word so all my data now gone. My wife’s iPad and phone also lost Face ID but she remembered her password her problem now is that when she tries to get data on the iPad page opens and closes instantly with no information to view.
After an ipassSafe update all my personal data has gone. Is there anyway to roll back to a previous version or retrieve my data ?
I opened the app today on my iPad and my iPhone and all of my passwords are gone. Can I recover them?
All of my data is gone this morning????? I need this restored.

Several times I have entered information in this app. Several times I have tried to open the app & am required to enter a new passcode. When I do ALL of the information I spent hours entering are gone, deleted!! So, again I enter the passwords and again today I needed to look up a password I was required to create a new passcode. I did now the file is wiped clean! The first time this happened I thought I had accidentally hit something wrong. Entered all of my passwords then bam! I get the login screen telling me to enter a new passcode. I wrote to support and I was told to create an .idb file so I did. Well, that file is gone as well!!! What a waste of money!!
Lost all data in app!

I have used this app for several years and it was great UNTIL TODAY! Over the years I have accumulated an abundance of passwords and other pertinent information I needed to retain in a safe place! Well, the new iOS 15.1 update completely wiped out all the data from the app! I’ve sent an email to the tech-support Although, I have not received a response yet. By the looks of the boatload of reviews I probably can expect NOT to receive a response! I’ll get started on rebuilding the data again in ANOTHER APP of course! This is so disappointing.
This software is unreliable.

I used this software for a while, maybe 2 years. Long enough to become dependent on it. Twice in the last month all of my information disappeared. The first time I realized I didn’t have cloud backup turned on . But I did the second time. I had been entering my info and backing it up. Then the crash and I find out the cloud data is empty. I emailed the company but have not received a response. I did a quick search on line and found out this is a common problem. I don’t recommend this software.
