Stories will not open on my iPad Pro. I can get all the headlines on home page but no response when I click on one to read. It was fine a couple of hours ago. Have done all the rebooting stuff to no avail No problem with opening BBC news or other bank app

Problems with crosswords in app. Goes back to menu part way through doing a crossword. When I go back into the crossword my answers are lost. Says one answer is wrong when all answers are showing as correct.

Have subscribed to Guardian online for years without problem. Recently it has become very slow to move from one article to the next. Is this a problem with the app or my ipad?

Guardian app closes every few minutes. My WiFi signal is good and tablet has plenty of storage and latest android updates. Frustrating- especially as it keeps erasing my crossword solutions.

If I touch a picture I get the picture on a black background but can't get back to the story. I have to restart the phone.

App won't load. I've cleared my cache and the app cache, and it just won't load. Whole main page is blank, and can't load anything from section menu. It's been like this for me since mid-morning.

I'm having problems with the app - it keeps disappearing when I'm reading the paper. When I click on loaded apps it is visible but when I select it it reloads and I have to go to the last item I was reading. I have a Motorola g 5g Plus with Android 11 - 4.19.125-perf+ #1 Mon May 2 11:09:32 CDT 2022
