I have started to get the message “please select some contacts with mobile numbers” but the contacts I have selected do have mobile numbers

I have a setting on 15 in batches and not everybody received the message? I have a mix of iPhone and android phones. I am sending to. What is the problem?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Groups app issues:

Force Stop the Groups App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Groups app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Groups to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Groups App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Groups app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Groups.

Fix Groups unable to contact server/ Groups internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Groups » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Groups » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Groups on android.
