I can’t download or play videos on this app. This is very stressful for me because I rely on the videos to learn stuff. I have an iphone XR and i’m always on data! i don’t know if the fact that I use my data is problem. But please let me know!!
Messages fail to send
Suddenly Band App will not let me post comments to my group? Says "failed". How to fix?
Several people whom I’ve invited cannot join. They get to a point where it ask them. What is the email that invited them. They enter mine, which is the only one possible. It tells him it’s incorrect.
I’ve downloaded the app and it does not allow me to register. Instead I get a pop-up small window with this error: ‘Sorry! Unable to complete due to Temporary error.’
My exercise classes keep glitching so when you are participating- the screen keeps freezing. Or even when some classes are posted the whole class after live feed glitch throughout the class. Any idea why it happens randomly? Recently in the past 5 days - 2 classes are unbearable to view.
The app was working great until this morning - first it would give me a notification of posts or responses, then when I would select them it would lock up. I did a phone restart - and now when I choose the app it opens to the green B page, but does not progress beyond that. I have cleared my cache as well as my storage. Also done ANOTHER phone restart. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. I am still having the same issue. I have a Pixel 5 phone and am running Band version 10.0.3
Live streamed classes won't open in the app; the class just comes up a frozen picture; what is the cause and how do I rectify it. Tbanks.
I can never get the text edits to work. They (ex. bold...underline...line spaces) look great when I'm drafting, but as soon as I post, that all disappears. I just get plain text with no line space, no bold typeface, no underline...just text run together (except for character spaces).

Band App is freezing and won't load any of my band pages. I am also unable to log out. I am also unable to log in on through a web browser (multiple types - safari, fire fox, MS edge), the page will act as if it is trying to load with no results just a spinning wheel of dots.
Will not load. Says “double click to install “, but when I do, it goes back to the main page to install ??
I use Band consistently Tuesday mornings at 7:00 am PST & Wednesday mornings at 8:00 am PST. I have been having issues with the stream freezing throughout. I test my upload speed and it is fairly strong. I do not have this issues with other apps and the stream freezing. Any suggestions?

Hi i have wrongly been accused of spam and restricted from using Band, for one month. The reason states that i had spammed in the group Club Aquatics when in fact it was a group share and Not spam, we UK Aquatic groups, group share with each other, every Friday and i have the permission of that group admin Danny Raine to do so. I don't know who accused me of spamming and why, as there is no spamming at all. I am the Admin of the UK Fish Shrimp Plant Sales group with 3830 members and have never spammed any groups. Could you please remove the restriction as i have done nothing wrong. Thanks
