The app is retaining all data. Have over 6GB in data use. How do I clear
I have an issue with the e edition. When trying to use the magnification function it will not stay enlarged but for a few seconds and reverts to the original size. Also, even in regular size the page will not stay in place. For example: if I am reading the bottom of the page it will move back to the top of the page. I have cleared my browser cashe and cookies , but no help. I have called multiple times to your call center with no help from them. They say they will email instructions on how to fix the problem , but they never have. I've called back and been hung up on several times. Other times the call center is so noisy you can barely understand the person your trying to explain the problem to.
My Observer online site freezes and will not operate without long waits. Suddenly I have been deluged with constant pop up ads while reading the paper. I have activated the popup blocker on my Edge browser ,but it doesn't help.
