You know that every once in a while anyone can screw things up. Even big companies, right? So this is when a little man contacts their support chat and they have the stage and show their true colors.
The stupidity of the system with the “support” bot in the chat which is TOTALLY unavoidable and requires you to answer dozens of questions to speak to an “alive” person just to have them copy-paste some cliche like “update your app” and FORCE close your chat. So you guessed it right - now you have to answer another 3 hundred stupid bot questions to get another copy-paste generic answer. After 3rd attempt fails your head just explodes.
Just don't do this to yourself guys.
Tried to buy only 2 items. Several times this app by itself cancel my order. After several orders only 1 item came instead of 2 orders. Was waiting order about 3-4 months... WORST logistic having company...
Loading and crashing at the opening. Waste of time.
They send too much spam messages and lying that it was a missed call
It was not the best update, I guess. OZON is doesn't work anymore. Every time when I open it, I see an error message: Что-то пошло не так. Техническая проблема. Обновить. But when tap on the update button it's just doesn't work properly.
So many years in service and so bad at making a user friendly interface, fuming every time when to have to use it.
Suddenly, after using this app for two years for many many purchases, OZON and the website both stopped accepting all forms of payment. A new card is not accepted for entry, Apple Pay does not work, and all my current credit cards fail. The cards and Apple Pay all work at every other vendor online and offline, but at this app, nothing is accepted. I live in the Moscow region and during the lockdown this was a serious inconvenience. Please fix OZON so that I can again make purchases. Thank you.
Can’t sort out the refund for 6 months
No way your problem gonna be solved asap!

I bought an item, after waiting for it to arrive for 3 weeks, it never arrived and when I contacted their support only then did they tell me that the item will not arrive at all and they will simply cancel my order. It's a scam do not use OZON!
I have been using this app for several years to order gifts to friends and family who live in Russia. Up until last year, it was working fine... suddenly over the last few months it stopped accepting Apple Pay or foreign bank cards!!! Ridiculous!!!! Fix it!!!
this app had a policy to deliver up to 5 days if you choose so. But honestly they don’t care!
I am waiting my package already 7 days plus and I have no idea when it should arrive
Support doesn’t work at all, if you ask them where is your package they are saying it still on the way, but the day before yesterday they’ve sent a message it has arrived!
What a mess!
And they are asking people to stay home and wait their delivery all day long from 9 am to 9pm!!!! It is crazy!
Spam in push notification, approx once an hour. Very annoying.
