My Saxo account keep on crashing. Even if the internet connection is stable. Please help to fix the issue as it really effect my trading experience.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SaxoTraderGO app issues:

Force Stop the SaxoTraderGO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SaxoTraderGO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SaxoTraderGO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SaxoTraderGO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SaxoTraderGO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SaxoTraderGO.
