How to fix Melodia app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Melodia app on iPhone
Update Melodia app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Melodia iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Melodia on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Melodia network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Melodia Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Melodia not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Melodia App
1. On android, goto Settings » Melodia » click [Force Stop]

Update Melodia to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Melodia App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Melodia » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Melodia.

Fix Melodia unable to contact server/ Melodia internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Melodia » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Melodia » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
