1. I am confused as you speak of TWO CARDS - THUS, I MAY HAVE DONE SOMETHING IN ERROR TO DUPLICATE THIS ONE ORDER ONLY 2. FURTHER CONFUSION; THIS IS A FREE SERVICE ?? 3. I AM HAPPY TO PAY BUT DON'T UNDERSTAND - I SEE "FREE" AND THEN CHARGE CARD INFO NEEDED ?

How to fix CyberCartes app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CyberCartes app on iPhone
Update CyberCartes app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CyberCartes iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CyberCartes on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CyberCartes network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CyberCartes Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CyberCartes not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CyberCartes App
1. On android, goto Settings » CyberCartes » click [Force Stop]

Update CyberCartes to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CyberCartes App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CyberCartes » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CyberCartes.

Fix CyberCartes unable to contact server/ CyberCartes internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CyberCartes » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CyberCartes » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CyberCartes
