I have the same issue as Saleena Khan :( But in my case the app got removed from app store 😭 And I had do download it from google. I opened it, I agreed to the terms, I clicked "use it now" and it said "try again later" or something like that 😔

So i havent play mydol like a years..and i try to download it again and play it .. But when i wanted to login it said "please try again later" so i decided to wait like a few days and it keep on saying the same thing.. I wanna play mydol so bad.. I miss my mydol era..plss fix it ASAP!!

I just got the app on my android device a day ago. I first did what it said on the screen: agree to the terms. Once I did that, I pressed "use it now" and it said "please try again later". I did this a couple of times and I still couldn't get in. It's been a day and I tried it again, but it still said "please try again later". I really wanted to try this app :((

How to fix MYDOL app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MYDOL app on iPhone
Update MYDOL app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MYDOL iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MYDOL on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MYDOL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MYDOL Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MYDOL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MYDOL App
1. On android, goto Settings » MYDOL » click [Force Stop]

Update MYDOL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MYDOL App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MYDOL » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MYDOL.

Fix MYDOL unable to contact server/ MYDOL internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MYDOL » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MYDOL » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MYDOL
