I am paying my subscription but I am unable to log in through my smart tv (Sony) through Spectrum streaming. I receive a message stating invalid email. Please help!

When I open the motor trend app the shows are shown when I go to a show a message will pop up that says press and hold for options I do that click on view details the screen shows details play or resume or restart I scroll down to episodes under that it shows seasons when I go to season one that is as far as it will go I should be able to scroll between 1 and 10 but it won’t let me do it
