My weather app is malfunctioning for some reason. When I first open the app everything appears normal but after a few seconds the precipitation disappears completely and the radar image itself starts blinking and the only thing you can see are the lightning.and hail symbols. And if I close the app and re-open it does the exact same thing again. How do I fix this issue?
