2 years agoI am tryin g to sign up for your "Holidya 21" offer and I keep getting the message than an account already exists. I have no clue what the password is and I have been unable to find out. Can you help me find out. I am a subscriber to Direct TV.

Terrible App
I have a print subscription and have not been able to access the digital version for a very long time through the app. The first time I had problems resetting the password-the link I was sent to wouldn’t let me reset. Now, I can reset the password but when I go to log in after reset it tells me the password is invalid. I have done this several times as well as delete and reinstall the app. At a loss now on how to get this to work. Emails to the help email have gone unanswered.

Unable to download
Cannot download august edition, check my apple subscription and called apple support and they were not able to find out what was causing the problem other than my subscription was cacelled( I did not cancel it)

When I try to make a account it doesn’t let you which means it won’t let me use it and I cant horrible app don’t suggest this Down car magazine if you are looking for a good car news source
