NewsON app stays on we will be right back screen most of the time When I go back it says something went wrong. Can’t watch news but just a few minutes at a time.

Folks: 1. Fix your day and time settings for episodes (AM and PM). Talk to military person re: military time. 2. Be consistent across all stations for current and past segments/shows so we can find what we want to watch. 3. Stop running ads over top of programming: before, during and after segments/shows. 4. Divide shows up; don't have one title but several shows under it. This would be a start on improvement. v/r Heather

After a few minutes of watching live tv, I get this message… “This content is no longer available (V100)” and will automatically send me back to the home page.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NewsON app issues:

Force Stop the NewsON App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NewsON app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NewsON to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NewsON App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NewsON app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NewsON.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NewsON » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NewsON » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
